- Services
Moroccansurf LLC provides MoroccanSurf trip-planning and coordination services for travelers, including surf lessons, retreats and travel-related experiences around Taghazout, Morocco. The booking confirmation should identify the responsible service provider, agreed inclusions and payment arrangements for your selected experience. - Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation is sent once payment is received. - Payments
Payments must be completed before the start of the service unless agreed otherwise. - Cancellations
For retreats and custom trips, cancellation at least 14 calendar days before the confirmed start receives a refund of amounts paid minus the stated deposit. If MoroccanSurf cancels before the start, amounts paid for undelivered services are refunded in full. Other experiences follow the terms in the booking confirmation. See the Cancellation Policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. - Liability
Surfing and outdoor activities involve risks. Follow instructor guidance and disclose relevant participation needs before booking. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, refunds or other consumer rights where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation. - Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. - Kontakt
