Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations:
Retreats and custom trips: cancel by email at least 14 calendar days before the confirmed start date to receive a refund of amounts paid minus the deposit stated in your booking confirmation. For cancellation less than 14 days before the start, the existing no-refund rule applies, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Other experiences follow the cancellation terms stated in their booking confirmation.
No-shows:
No refund will be issued.
Changes:
We may offer date changes depending on availability.
MoroccanSurf cancellation before the start:
If MoroccanSurf cancels the booking before the retreat or custom trip starts, including because of unsafe conditions, amounts paid for undelivered services will be refunded in full, including the related deposit. A replacement date or alternative service may be offered, but requires your agreement. Changes during a trip are assessed against the services actually delivered and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by this policy.
To cancel, email info@moroccansurf.com with your booking reference. The deadline is measured from when the cancellation email reaches us, using the confirmed start date and Morocco local time. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where available; your payment provider may affect when the credit appears.
