Can I join as a beginner?
MoroccanSurf offers beginner-friendly surf experiences. Tell the team your level when planning; instructors will advise on suitability and conditions. Check the selected product for its requirements.
What is included?
Inclusions vary between lessons, retreats and day trips. Check accommodation, meals, equipment and transfers on the experience page or retreat page before booking.
How do I plan a custom trip?
Use Planificar mi viaje to send dates, traveler numbers, surf level, activities and preferences. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
When is my booking confirmed?
Keep the written booking confirmation and review dates, inclusions and payment terms. If you only have a payment receipt or are unsure about availability, contact the team before arranging travel.
Can I cancel or change dates?
Consult the terms supplied with your booking and the Cancellation Policy. Email info@moroccansurf.com with your booking reference. Date changes depend on availability; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
What happens if conditions are unsafe?
Activities may need to change for safety. The team will explain available alternatives and the applicable cancellation/refund position for your booking. Check local guidance before entering the water.
How do favorites work?
Tap Save on a product and open My Favorites using the heart beside the basket. Guest saves stay on this device. A favorite does not reserve a place or freeze a price.
How do I set or reset my password?
Use the link in your account email. Valid links open a form to enter and confirm a new password. If a link has expired, request a fresh password link. Never send your password to support.
Do I have to receive marketing emails?
No. Newsletter signup is optional and separate from account registration and booking. Confirm your subscription by email; you can unsubscribe from marketing emails. Necessary booking and security messages are separate.
How can I contact you?

Is equipment use the same as a coached lesson?
No. The Taghazout lesson includes two hours of coaching and equipment for the rest of the day. Extra equipment time does not extend the coached session.
Does the villa price apply to each guest?
The villa listing is priced for exclusive use by a group of up to five guests. The amount per person depends on your group size. Check the live product price and the confirmed inclusions for your dates.
Does every retreat include an airport return transfer?
No. The four-night escape lists Agadir Airport pickup. The six-night complete retreat, VIP retreat and private villa list arrival and departure transfers. Check your selected package before arranging flights.
